A lot of what I do is for secure sites with restricted access. Here are some examples of work I have done.
Bone Research Society|
A fully integrated site with news, jobs, gallery, videos, details of meetings and conferences, Facebook and Twitter.
Automated sign up using PayPal gives access to members only area with extra features.
All updated by members of the society.
Nibley Music Festival|
Full event management system covering artists, stalls, guests, sponsors, suppliers, volunteers, etc. This allows the organisers to track contracts, ticket allocations, health and safety documents, financial planning and control, and more.
The public website is updated by many editors. Each year thousands of tickets are sold online in the first few minutes with no technical problems.
Clifton Fine Art|
A phased launch for this new online art gallery, initially helping to build the brand and support direct mailing. Over time we have added social media, online sales, sculpture, and a location map for paintings in Bristol.
Catalogue management is done by the staff, with new images automatically re-sized for the website.
Bulk email platform|
For in-house use by an email marketing company, to mangage clients and campaigns.
Compliance with bulk email best practice, intuitive workflow and full reporting.
Deployed to Amazon EC2 and RDS. Sending through SES.
Reduced the cost of sending 100,000 emails per month from £499 to $10.
North Nibley Village Hall|
A booking form that captures all the relevant information, but is easy for anyone to use.
Backend workflow to track each booking through request, acceptance, payment, access information, completion, and return of deposit.
Usage reports for the management team.
A simple site to support direct and social-media marketing of this new company, now very successful. They can manage the gallery, testimonials and event calendar.
Facebook and Twitter integration.
Google Analytics to measure reach and inform promotion strategy.
